Eduardo Cisternas is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and was called to Bar in 2003, practicing in the areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law, Corporate/Commercial Law and Wills and Estates. His practice includes residential home and condominium purchases, sales and mortgage transactions, as well as more complex commercial real estate transactions such as the purchase and sale of commercial properties and Builder sales of homes to purchasers.

Eduardo has experience in incorporating existing businesses, as well as assisting client's in establishing and organizing new corporations for future business ventures. Another area of experience is the creation of Non-Share and Not-For-Profit Corporations for organizations seeking to provide religious or community services.

In matters of Wills and Estates, Eduardo can assist you in knowing what issues you should be addressing and helping you to create an effective Will that reflects your true intentions and desires as to how your estate is to be dealt with upon your death. Eduardo has drafted Wills for many clients, each with their own particular concerns and family situations.

A proud alumni of York University, Eduardo graduated cum laude with an Honours Degree in Political Sciences and went on to study law at the prestigious Osgoode Hall Law School. Currently, Eduardo is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada, as well as being a member of the Canadian Bar Association.

JOHN BARTOLOMEO is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, called to the bar in 2002. He represents workers in all phases of workers' compensation advocacy, occupational health & safety issues and employment/labour matters.

John has worked as Tribunal Counsel for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. As Tribunal Counsel he appeared before Panels to provide assistance at hearings, ranging from examining expert witnesses to submissions regarding the appropriate practice. In private practice, he represents workers before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, Panels of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and where necessary, Provincial Court Judges.

In additional to a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, John holds an Honours Degree in History and Political Science. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
Angelica Gonzalez-Blanco is an Immigration Practitioner with an outstanding experience in acting before both The Immigration Refugee Board and Citizenship and Immigration Canada .She has successfully represented many candidates from over the world in obtaining Canadian Permanent Residency through the Federal and Provincial Programs. Additionally, her strong familiarity and knowledge in immigration law has effectively conferred the approval of many In-land process such as Humanitarian and Compassionate applications and Pre- Removal Risk Assignments applications. She also has conducted numerous immigration seminars in USA, Mexico, Central-America and South America.

Angelica is a member in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants. She obtained her Immigration certificate from York College and graduated from Seneca College as Court and Tribunal Agent. Angelica also graduated as a Lawyer from Northern University, in Barranquilla, Colombia. In 1993, she worked as magistrate's assistant at the Atlantic Superior Court of Family in Colombia. Later, she focused her practice in civil litigation. While in Canada, she has been working as an immigration Practitioner since 2001 and presently she recently joint the law firm of Cisternas Bartolomeo Gonzalez.

Angelica is extremely involved with the Hispanic community in Canada. She is past Vice-President of the Canadian-Colombian Professional Association for three consecutive periods (2001-2003). She is past director of the Canadian Hispanic Congress. She has authored numerous articles published in leading Hispanics publication in Ontario.
